You simply upload your 3D / CAD data on our website and we send you an offer via email. If the offer suits you, you can order your part like in any other web shop using paypal or a credit card. We produce your part with high tech additive technologies like 3D printing, SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) or SLM- (Selective Laser Melting). Of course, we consult you in what process might be best for you specific product, despite the material question if it should be plastic or metal.

From a 3D model to the final product. A character profile is allocated to your 3D-data. The printer stores different acrylates as well as a supporting material. Hence, the process is capable to combine different shore hardness and colors in a single model. Because of the extremely thin layer, the PolyJet-Matrix-Technology represents the most accurate RP technology available.

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a high power laser to fuse small particles of plastic powder into a mass representing a desired 3D object. It is a generative process - parts are built layer by layer. The process allows producing complex 3-dimensional geometries. Among the advantages is the usage of production-oriented materials like polyamide (PA12), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and polystyrene (PS). These basic materials can easily be refined using painting, infiltration or coating processes.

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) - metallic prototypes. Only since a few years available, the metallic laser melting process allows to produce metallic prototypes directly from your 3D data. A fine metal powder is selectively melted layer by layer using a precise laser beam. Due to the high-performance laser beam this technology allows to produce parts in high density.
